The Student Center renovations, which affected many events and school activities, are scheduled to wrap up over the holidays, and the building will reopen on January 14, according to Vice Principle Trevor Watkins.

The building will have a new entrance facing Lasalle Hall which will look different from the rest of the building.

“We wanted the Student Center to have a certain architectural aspect that matched the rest of the campus,” said Watkins about the new entrance’s design.

The inside of the Student Center has also undergone a large amount of changes.

“The building will be much larger, fresher, and newer. We also equipped it with better lightning, sound systems, and bathrooms,” said Watkins. “It has been completely upgraded.”
