
The Varsity Wrestling team traveled to Tallahassee, Fla., to participate in the Capitol City Classic, at Lawton Chiles High School.The team spent three days in Florida, from Dec. 7-9, scrimmaging with South Walton one day, and participating in the tournament the next. The Varsity did very well, placing second in the tournament.
“It was harder than your average tournament around here. There were 32-man brackets compared to the normal 16 or so here. Overall, it was a fun tournament,” stated senior varsity wrestler John Brands.
